Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Gift-Ready Packaging

Every order ships in a gift-ready keepsake box — no additional gift wrapping needed. Your sign arrives presentation-ready, whether you're sending it directly to the recipient or bringing it to the occasion yourself.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS Priority Mail. Free Priority Shipping is included on all domestic orders. Estimated delivery time after shipment is 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

Ordering for Mother's Day? Place your order by May 5 to ensure delivery before Mother's Day.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select destinations. International delivery times vary by country and are typically 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Shipping Delays

Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, Plate Crafted Decor is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at luckyrod72@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to make it right.
